Sunseekers Motor Yacht S1 Poole
A new building was required in order to make a new range of motor yachts over 100 ft long. Designed around the production sequence from mould casting to fit out, this 40,000 sq foot industrial building was a Design and Build project working for a regional building contractor.
The modular faceted design of the elevations create a rhythm and breaks down the scale of this large building producing a satisfying appearance reflecting the quality and ethos of the boats produced in it.
In this challenging commercial project we were able to build on our previous experience of boat fabrications building with the same team. This was one of several Design and Build projects we have carried out carried out in the area others being; water treatment works, other boat sheds, prison visitors centr , offices and ferry terminal buildings.
